12.4.5 ID & Print Delete Time
Specify the length of time for deleting an ID & print document after it is saved. (Default setting: 1 Day)

Detail
"ID & Print Delete Time" is displayed when the user authentication is enabled on the machine.
For details on displaying the Administrator Settings screen, refer to "Displaying the Administrator
Settings screen" on page 12-40.

Touch [1 System Settings] in the Administrator Settings screen.

Touch [0 User Box Settings] in the System Settings screen.

Touch [5 ID & Print Delete Time] in the User Box Settings screen.

Select a time interval before deleting them.
– To specify the time manually, press [Time] and then enter the time from the keypad.
