Auto Delete Secure Document
The length of time for deleting a secure document after it is saved can be specified.

Touch [1 System Settings] in the Administrator Settings screen.

Touch [0 User Box Settings] in the System Settings screen.

Touch [3 Auto Delete Secure Document] in the User Box Settings screen.

Select a time interval before deleting them.

To specify the time manually, press [Time] and then enter the time from the keypad.

Touch [OK].
