CCD module assembly service check

The CCD (charge-coupled device) Module does not move during
POST Test.
The CCD lamp does not come on when CCD module assembly
moves.

Action
If CCD module does not move check
that the belt is still on the CCD
module and that it does not bind. If
the CCD module still does not move,
replace the system board.
If lamp does not come on as CCD
module assembly is scanning or
moving, check connector (J13) on
the system board. If connected and
the lamp still does not work, replace
the control panel scanner assembly.
If the problem persists, replace the
system board. Go to
board removal" on page 4-13
