Unable to program
pseudo-random
printhead ID.
Problem is detected in
mono TSR circuit.
Cannot determine
printhead temperature.
Problem in color TSR
circuit; TSR error.
Paper system control
failure detected.
Printhead is unable to
find home position.
Scanner mechanism is
locked in place or
unable to move due to
other failure.
Action
Replace print
cartridge(s).
Replace print
cartridge(s).
Replace print
cartridge(s).
Clear the paper path.
Unplug the All-In-One;
wait a few seconds,
then plug the
All-In-One back in and
turn the power on. If
the error remains,
clean the NVRAM by
pressing the Down
button and Menu
button simultaneously.
The "Self Test Menu"
appears; select Clean
NVRAM. If the error
continues, replace the
system board.
Unplug the All-In-One;
wait a few seconds,
then plug the
All-In-One back in and
turn the power on.
Unlock the scanner.
