4, are minimum clearances to maintain when installing
this heater. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure
safe installation. Failure to follow instructions exactly can
create a fire hazard.

HEARTH REQUIREMENTS

The insert must be installed on a noncombustible hearth
extending a minimum of 12" from the fireplace opening
(local codes may require a larger hearth). The hearth must
also extend to both sides of the face (Refer to the table
on Page 7).
