For the PCS-XG55/XG55S
The options that can be selected vary with
the Audio Input setting.
When you select "MIC" from "Audio
Input", you can select one of the following
two options. When you select "AUX", you
can only select "AUDIO". When you select
"MIC+AUX", you can select "MIC (A1/
A3)", for microphone input, and "AUDIO"
for auxiliary external input.
MIC (A1/A3): Select use of the PCS-A1
microphone (supplied with the PCS-
XG80/XG55) or PCSA-A3 microphone
(not supplied) connected to the MIC
(A1/A3) jacks on the Communication
System.
AUDIO: Select to input the audio of
external equipment connected to the
AUDIO IN jack on the Communication
System.
Note
The PCSA-A7 echo canceling microphone
cannot be used on the PCS-XG55/XG55S.
For the PCS-XA80
The options that can be selected vary with
the Audio Input setting.
When you select "MIC" from "Audio
Input", you can select one of the following
five options. When you select "AUX", you
can select "AUDIO 1" or "AUDIO 2".
When you select "MIC+AUX", you can
select two options: one microphone input
from "MIC (Camera)", "MIC (A1/A3)",
"EC-MIC (A7)", "AUDIO 1" or "AUDIO
2", and one auxiliary external input from
"AUDIO 1" or "AUDIO 2".
MIC (Camera): Select use of the
microphone built into the PCSA-CXA55
HD Camera Unit.
MIC (A1/A3): Select use of the PCS-A1
microphone (supplied with the PCS-
XG80/XG55) or PCSA-A3 microphone
(not supplied) connected to the MIC
(A1/A3) jacks on the Communication
System.
EC-MIC (A7): Select use of the PCSA-A7
echo canceling microphone (not
supplied) connected to the EC-MIC
(A7) jacks on the Communication
System.
AUDIO 1: Select to input the audio of
external equipment connected to the
AUDIO 1 IN jacks on the
Communication System.
AUDIO 2: Select to input the audio of
external equipment connected to the
AUDIO 2 IN jacks on the
Communication System.
Note
The "MIC (Camera)", "MIC (A1/A3)", and
"EC-MIC (A7)" settings cannot be used
simultaneously.
For the PCS-XA55
The options that can be selected vary with
the Audio Input setting.
When you select "MIC" from "Audio
Input", you can select one of the following
three options. When you select "AUX", you
can only select "AUDIO". When you select
"MIC+AUX", you can select from "MIC
(Camera)" or "MIC (A1/A3)" for
microphone input, and "AUDIO" will be
selected for auxiliary external input.
MIC (Camera): Select use of the
microphone built into the PCSA-CXA55
HD Camera Unit.
MIC (A1/A3): Select use of the PCS-A1
microphone (supplied with the PCS-
XG80/XG55) or PCSA-A3 microphone
(not supplied) connected to the MIC
(A1/A3) jacks on the Communication
System.
AUDIO: Select to input the audio of
external equipment connected to the
AUDIO IN jack on the Communication
System.

LAN Setup Menu

The LAN setup menu is used to set up LAN
connection.
For details about the settings, consult your
network administrator.
Notes
• The contents of the LAN setup menu vary
with the "Use LAN2" setting in the Line
Interface setup menu, or "Internet Protocol"
setting in the Administrator setup menu.
