FRONT WHEEL/BRAKE/ SUSPENSION/STEERING
Wheel center a dju stment
Place the rim on the work bench.
Place the hub with the right side down and begin
lacing with new spokes.
Adjust the hub position so that the distance from
the hub left end surface to the side of rim is 6.3
