CRANKSHAFT ITRANSMISSION/KICKSTARTER
INSPECTION
Check the kickstarter spindle for bending .
Check the friction spring for fat igue.
Check each part for wear or damage, replace if nec-
essary.
ASSEMBLY
Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.

INSTALLATION
Install the kickSl arter spindle by aligning its friction
spring with the groove in the left crankcase as
shown.
Assemble the crankcase halves.
