Install t he lock washer B with its "OUT SIDE " mark
facing out.
Install the lock nut.
Hold t he clutch outer with the flyw heel holder and
t ighten the lock nut to the specified torque using the
special tools as shown.

TORQUE: 42 N ·m 14.3 kgf·m , 3llbf·ft )
If the lock nut g roove does not align with the lock
washer tab, further tighten the lock nut and align .
Bent up the t ab of t he 14 mm lock washer into t he
groove of the lock nut.
Clean the inside of t he clutch outer and outer cover
(page 3-12) .
Install the bea ring and a new gasket onto the dutch
outer cover .
