How to Clean and Disinfect the Lancing Device
WARNING
• DO NOT get any moisture into opening around button.
• Failure to follow these instructions may damage the lancing device and stop it from working properly.
1.
Wash hands thoroughly with
j
soap and water.
2.
Wipe the entire surface of the
j
lancing device and the inside
of the lancing device cap with
the approved cleaning and
disinfecting product. Always
use the same product for both
cleaning and disinfecting.
3.
A separate Super Sani-Cloth
j
should be used for cleaning
and disinfection. For
disinfecting the lancing device,
get a new cloth and repeat
step 2, making sure that the
surface stays wet for
2 minutes.
