Answering system settings
To record a new outgoing announcement:
Using a cordless handset or the telephone base:
1. Press MENU
2. Press or
CID
SELECT .
3. Press SELECT
4. Press SELECT
announces, "Record after the tone. Press STOP when you
are done."
5. After the tone, speak towards the microphone of the
cordless handset. Press
6. The newly recorded announcement automatically plays. Press
the playback at any time, or
To listen to the recorded announcement again, wait after playback is completed,
then scroll to Play annc and press SELECT.
NOTES:
• Your announcement can be up to 90 seconds in length.
• Announcements shorter than two seconds are not recorded.
