Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels.
Press [Data Registration].
Press [M] or [L] until <6.SYSTEM SETTINGS> appears ©
press [Set].
If the prompt <PASSWORD> is displayed, enter the System
Administrator's password using the numeric keys © press
[Set].
Press [M] or [L] until <2.DEPT. ID MANAGEMNT> appears ©
press [Set].
