Diagnostics Menu > Cont Prt Duplex Tray 1
Note: Press when the first page picks to prevent printing
additional pages.

Observe the reverse solenoid for proper operation.
Does it properly operate?

Make sure the input roller/deskew assembly is free of debris. Check for
wear or damage.
