10 Blinks Error Code (Full HD Models) Flowchart
If the power LED continues to blink even after the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power
switch on the TV for a few seconds until the LED turns off.

Replace
the SS board
(See Note 2)
Unplug the TV and reconnect
connectors SC2, SC20, SS11,
and SS33. (Follow the SU/SD
boards isolation procedure shown
on slides 17~19). Plug in the TV
and press the power switch

The SU or/and the SD Boards can be
defective. Follow procedure on
slides 17~21 to determine which
of the 2 boards is defective.

Unplug the TV and remove connectors SS11 and SS33 from
the SS board. Plug in the TV and press the power switch

Leave SS11 and SS33 unplugged. Remove
connectors SC2, SC20 on the SC board. Then
plug in the TV and press the power switch
