If the power LED continues to blink even after the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power
switch on the TV for a few seconds until the LED turns off.
Unplug the TV and check the resistance between pin 1 of connector P6 and ground (Chassis)
Plug in the TV and turn it on. Measure
the voltage at pin 1 of connector P6
