Shutdown - Power LED Blinks 1X

Refer to figure 31. If the power LED blinks 1X and repeats, the problem is caused by a
short or abnormal load on the the 30V, 12V, 9V, or 3.3V line. The current of the power
supply's 30V line is monitored by Q845. Normally the voltage at Q845/collector = 0Vdc.
When an excessive amount of current passes through R845 and 0.6Vdc is dropped
a
cross it, Q845 turns on, causing its collector to rise. When the voltage at DG2/pin 2
re
aches 1.2Vdc, Microprocessor IC1103 shuts down the TV and blinks the power LED
1X, pauses, and then repeats.
As shown in figure 31, the load on the 30V line includes the 12V, 9V, and 3.3V
regulators (IC843-5) and their loads. Disconnect the loads while monitoring the
corresponding low voltage source to see if this output line rises.
