Peer-to-peer printing is available using NetBEUI protocol. With this
method, the printing system is conveniently located in Windows Network
Neighborhood.

NetBEUI
Enables (On) or disables (Off) NetBEUI protocol.
Protocol
Browse
With this option set to On, the printing system
Master
becomes the browse master and creates a workgroup
in Windows Network Neighborhood. With this option
set to Off, the printing system can only join an existing
workgroup. Note that with Browse Master disabled,
the printing system will only appear on the network if at
least one machine in its workgroup is turned on and
can perform the browse master function.
Printer
Printer Name correlates with Host Name in the TCP/IP
Name
General tab (Advanced> Protocols: TCP/IP: General).
If you want to change the NetBEUI printer name,
change the TCP/IP Host Name.
Workgroup
Workgroup represents the workgroup which will
appear in Entire Network in Windows Network
Neighborhood.

You can enter comments here or leave it blank.
The printing system network component offers an e-mail function. SMTP
(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is an embedded protocol to support this
function. To use the e-mail function, the printing system needs connection
to an e-mail server via POP3 protocol.
NOTE:
The following information must be configured to send e-mail.

Enables (On) or disables (Off) SMTP protocol. For the

SMTP Port
Set the SMTP Port Number or use the SMTP default

port 25.
