The ZyXEL Device will send traps to the SNMP manager when any one of the following
events occurs:

16.3.3 Configuring SNMP

To change your ZyXEL Device's SNMP settings, click Advanced > Remote MGMT >
SNMP. The screen appears as shown.
Use this screen to control FTP access to your ZyXEL Device. To access this screen, click
Management > Remote MGMT > SNMP.

DESCRIPTION
A trap is sent after booting (power on).
A trap is sent after booting (software reboot).
A trap is sent to the manager when receiving any
SNMP get or set requirements with the wrong
community (password).
A trap is sent with the reason of restart before
rebooting when the system is going to restart (warm
start).
A trap is sent with the message "System reboot by
user!" if reboot is done intentionally, (for example,
download new files, CI command "sys reboot", etc.).
A trap is sent with the message of the fatal code if the
system reboots because of fatal errors.
