SETUP AppleTalk at MAP

Start MAP, open the AppleTalk setup page, and configure the settings to enable the printer to
operate in the AppleTalk environment.

Select "Setup AppleTalk" from "Network Administrator" page.
G The AppleTalk Configuration Menu is displayed.

Enter each field that applies:
Enable AppleTalk
Printer Name
Zone Name

Enter the password.
G The password is "sysadm".

Click on [Accept Setting].
G Click on [Clear Inputs] if your want to cancel your changes and clear the input fields.

The entered settings are applied and the message "Update Successful" is
displayed.

The Network Interface Card is automatically restarted.
Check to use the printer via AppleTalk (Ethernet).
Displays the printer name for AppleTalk.
Enter the zone name that the printer belongs to.
