• Push rod #1

• O-ring _
• Ball

• Push rod #2 @
Cracks/wear/damage

Replace.
PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR INSTALLATION
1.1nstall:
• Drive gear (oil pump)
CD
• Claw washer
• Lock washer _
• Nut (primary drive gear)

NOTE: _
• Place a copper plate
®
between the teeth
of the primary drive gear @ and primary
driven gear to lock them.
2.Bend:
• Lock washer tab (along a flat side of the nut)

1.lnstall:
• Lock washer

Tighten the nut (clutch boss)

ing the clutch boss with a clutch holding

• Lock washer tab (along a flat side of the
nut)
3.1 nstaII:
• Friction plates

• Clutch plates

.Install one friction plate and one clutch
plate alternately.
