Connect your 3G/4G USB Modem to a PC directly to test or compare the
connection speed. In addition, please refer to the manual of 3G USB Modem
for LED Status to check that it's using the right connection mode (e.g.
HSDPA mode and not a slower mode). Try different positions for the
modem for best signal reception (you can use a USB extension lead, max
2M). Some 3G/4G USB modems may draw a lot of current so a powered
USB hub may be necessary.

Sometimes, an incorrect configuration necessitates returning to the default
settings (as it was when it came from the factory).
Warning: After resetting to factory default settings, you will
lose all existing router settings. Ensure beforehand that you have
recorded all necessary settings to allow reconfiguration.

You can reset the router to factory default via the Web interface.
Open System Maintenance>> Reboot System. The following screen will
appear. Choose Using factory default configuration and click OK. The
router will reboot and then be at default factory settings.
