Removing and Replacing the Motor/Vibrator

1. Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, rear housing, and
transceiver board assembly, flip assembly cover, CLI lens cover, and camera
assembly as described in the procedures.
2. Lift the flip display flex cable up over the flip display assembly (see Figure 19).
3. Carefully slide the shorter end of the flip display flex cable through the slot in
the flip hinge to remove it from the flip display assembly.

4. To replace, thread the motor/vibrator flex cable through the slot in the hinge
of the flip assembly.
5. Lower the motor/vibrator into its position in the flip assembly.
6. Replace the camera assembly, CLI lens cover, flip assembly cover, transceiver
board, rear housing, antenna, SIM, battery, and battery connector as described
in the procedures.
