Terms of Picture Mail Service

The Picture Mail service ("Service") – including access to and use of the services at
www.picturemail.sprintpcs.com – is provided to you by Sprint under the following terms and conditions
and incorporate the Terms and Conditions set forth at www.sprintpcs.com which include the Terms and
Conditions of Service provided with your Sprint PCS Phone User's Guide, terms regarding copyright
and trademark matters, and other terms relating to the use of our services. Your use of the Service
indicates your acceptance of all of these terms (collectively "Terms"). Sprint may change these Terms
from time to time at our discretion with or without notice to you. Any changes will be posted on the
Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old and to minors who have parental
permission. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in protecting the privacy and
security of their children. If you as a parent have any concerns regarding this issue, please feel free to
contact us at picturemail@sprintpcs.com.
2. Membership Fees
Picture Mail is available at an additional monthly charge (in addition to any charges you may pay for
Sprint PCS Vision services) through Sprint and provides you basic services, such as the ability to store
and share pictures taken on select Sprint PCS Vision Picture Phones or devices. Additional features or
services (beyond basic services) may also be available from time to time for an additional charge. If
you have previously not signed up for the Service with activation of your
Sprint PCS Service Plan, you may add this Service to your account for an additional monthly charge
through a Sprint PCS Vision Picture Phone.
3. Picture Mail Password
We will have access to your Picture Mail Password and User Name.
We may remind you of your password, at your request, by sending an email to the address you used
when creating your account. We will not disclose your Picture Mail Password to third parties, but we
may access your account if necessary to maintain the Service, to comply with lawful requests from
governmental authorities, or in response to court orders, subpoenas, complaints.
