Poor fusing (images are blurred or peels off when the printed characters and im-
ages on the paper are touched by hand)
• Is paper of the specified grade being used?
• No Use paper of the specified grade.
• Yes Is the tension between the back-up roller (7.52kg) and the surface of back-up roller normal?
• No Replace the back-up roller or bias spring.
• Yes Is the connector of the fusing unit assy on the power supply board being connected properly?
• No Connect the fusing unit connector properly.
• Yes Replace the fusing unit assy.
• Has the problem been solved?
• Yes End
• No Replace the main control board or power supply board.
