Is paper of the specified grade used?
No
Yes Is the spring of the back-up roller normal?
No
Yes Is the contact of the fusing unit assy contacted with the contact assy properly? (See
Figure 6-5 G.)
No
Yes Replace the fusing unit assy.
Has the trouble been removed?
Yes
No Replace the control board or power/sensor board.
