6. At the prompt, type reset. Type y and press Enter to reset the stack. After the Reset, log
in again as described above.
- At the prompt, type set ip route <dest> <gateway> and replace <dest> and
<gateway> with the destination and gateway IP addresses.

1. Type session <module number> router where <module number> is the location
of the P333RR-LB in the stack and press Enter.
- The Router-N# prompt appears.
- N is the number of the router in the stack.
2. Type show device-mode and press Enter to ensure that the module is in router mode.
3. Type configure and press Enter.
- The Router-N (configure)# prompt appears.
4. If the IP interface is not on VLAN 1 then continue to step 5, otherwise skip to step 6.
5. Create the management/routing VLAN by typing set vlan <Vlan-ID> name
<Vlan-name>, replacing <VLAN-ID> by the VLAN number; and <Vlan-name> by the
VLAN name and press Enter.
6. Create an IP interface name by typing interface <interface name> and pressing
Enter.
- The Router (configure-if:<interface-name>)# prompt appears
7. Assign the IP address of the interface name you have created by typing ip address
<ip-address> <netmask> and pressing Enter.
8. Assign the VLAN created in step 4 to the IP interface by typing ip vlan <Vlan-id> or
ip vlan name <Vlan-name> and pressing Enter.
9. Type exit and press Enter.
