If you purchased a preconfigured switch, go to step 3.
1. To request a License Key, go to: http//license-lsg.avaya.com.
2. To activate the License Key, type set license <module number> <license key>
routing where <module number> is the location of the switch in the stack and
<license key> is the number you obtained from the above Web site and press Enter.

4. Type set device-mode router and press Enter.

6. Wait for the module to restart and for the CLI prompt to reappear.
