Access button for the call you want to resume.
You cannot use this feature with external calls (a call from outside your local call
processor) or Anonymous (blocked caller ID) calls. These calls ring to your telephone
as usual.

To put a call on hold:

3) When you hear dial tone, dial the second call.

1) When a new call arrives, press the Hold button to put the current call on hold.
2) Press the Access button for the incoming call (its light will be flashing).
