Hold the stack by the edge with both hands. Fan
the envelopes out well before use.
NOTICE:
❍ Take care not to put extra air into the envelopes. If this
happens, remove the air by pressing the stack from above.

Place the bundle with the front side on which the
name and address are written placed face up in
the stack bypass. Confirm that the flap of the
envelopes is placed on the left side (facing the
side of the front cover) of the tray.
NOTICE:
❍ Make sure that the height of the envelope stack does not
exceed the limit mark.
The paper size entry screen appears automatically.
REQUEST
❍ You cannot copy onto the rear side of envelopes (the side
with the flap).
❍ If you use ISO-B5 envelopes as shown in the figure, place
them so that the flap is firmly folded down and placed first
(facing downwards) in the tray.
