The Dept. ID and password entry screen appears in the touch panel
display.

Enter the Dept. ID and password when making copies again.

If you do not press the
additional copies will be added to the copy totals of the same Dept.
ID that you previously entered.

After making copies, the Dept. ID and password entry screen
automatically appears in the touch panel display after the set time
(Auto Clear Time) has elapsed even if you forget to press the
