Adjust the slide guides to fit the size of the
paper.
NOTICE:
❍ Paper placed too loosely or tightly in the stack bypass may result in
paper jams or the output of misaligned copies.

When ON is selected for Store Standard Mode of Paper for the Stack
Bypass, proceed to step 8.

Select the paper size, then press the [OK] key.
When loading 12" x 18" paper
When loading irregular size paper
When the [A/B-SIZE] key is pressed, you can select the ISO paper
sizes.

Select the paper material.
There are four types of paper:
PLAIN PAPER:
TRANSPARENCY: Transparencies
HEAVY PAPER:
SPECIAL PAPER: Paper with "Special Paper" indicated

Press the [OK] key.
Press the [DONE] key when the paper select
screen appears.
Normal paper (17 to 28-lb bond (64
to 105 g/m 2 ))
Paper heavier than plain paper (28-
lb bond to 80-lb cover (106 to 220
g/m 2 ))
on its package
