Chapter 3 Disassembly

3.3.13 Registration Roller

(1) Remove the upper cover (see 3.3.1).
(2) Remove the operator panel assy (see 3.3.4).
(3) Remove the face up stacker assy (see 3.3.8).
(4) Remove the lower base unit (see 3.3.5).
(5) Remove the motor assy (see 3.3.10).
(6) With the lower base unit standing on its side, remove the one-way clutch gear (1).
(7) Press the registration roller (2) in the direction of arrow (A) and lift up the left side of it, then remove the registration
roller (2) and the bearing (registration) (3).
(8) Pull out the registration roller (2) in the direction of arrow (B).
