Operating during toner low state
When the stirring bar reaches the
l
maximum height, since there is no
resistance provided by the toner on
the other side, it falls to the minimum
height due to its own weight. Because
of this, the time interval during which
it is in encounter with the magnet of
the sensor lever becomes long. By
monitoring this time interval, toner
low can be detected.
When the toner low state is detected 2 times consecutively, Toner Low is established.

When the toner full state is detected 2 times consecutively, Toner Low is canceled.
l
When there is no change with the toner sensor for 2 cycles (2.63 sec. x 2) or more, then the Toner Sensor Alarm is
l
activated.
The toner sensor is not monitored while the drum motor is in halt.
