(2) Attach the front cover to the engine main
bearing cover .
NOTE : M atch the top mark on the front cover
surface with upside direction.
M8 × 20 bolt(countersunk head) . . . 4 pcs .
Tightening.torque.:.. . 24.0-26.0. N•m.
7-4-3.ROTOR
(1) Wipe off oil, grease and dust from the
tapered portion of engine shaft and
matching tapered hole of rotor shaft .
(2) Mount the rotor to the engine shaft .
Tighten the through bolt .
M10 × 285 flange bolt . . . 1 pc .(RGX7100)
M10 × 300 flange bolt . . . 1 pc .(RGX7800)
Tightening.torque.:.. . 43.0-47.0. N•m.

(1) Put the stator in the front cover .
.240-260. kgf•cm.
.(17.8-19.2.ft•lbs)
.430-470. kgf•cm.
