Setting the height of the parallel sliding armrests

Requirements:
• Allen key 2 mm
• Loosen the screws (1) with the 2 mm Allen key
on both sides of the spindle.
• Turn the spindle clockwise (A). The armrest is
raised.
• Turn the spindle anticlockwise (B). The armrest
is lowered.
• Retighten the wing nuts.
