V Removal procedure
1. Remove all Ink Cartridges from Carriage Unit.
2. Pinch the dowel of EJ Roller's gear, turn it clockwise and release Carriage
Lock.
3. Slide Carriage Unit to the center of the printer.
4. Loosen the screws (x2,
Belt from pinion gear of CR Motor and Driven Pulley.
When reassembling the CR Motor, it contacts the dowel of Main
Frame after turning clockwise.

5. Release Head FFC form the fixing points of Carriage Unit and disconnect
Head FFC from connector of CSIC Board on Carriage Unit.
6. Release the hook (x2,
the both sides of Carriage Unit, and then pull the unit forward and remove the
cover.
7. Lift Print Head up and remove it.
