The Unknown VLAN
fields enable you to
configure each port to:
– Learn - Dynamically
join any advertised
VLAN and forward all
advertisements the
port receives.
– Block - Do not
dynamically join any
VLAN, but still
forward
advertisements.
– Disable - Ignore and
drop all
advertisements.

Do the following to enable GVRP and display the Unknown VLAN fields:
Press [E] (for Edit).

b. Use [ v] to move the cursor to the GVRP Enabled field.
Press the Space bar to select Yes.

d. Press [ v] again to display the Unknown VLAN fields.
Use the arrow keys to select the port you want, and the Space bar to select
Unknown VLAN option for any ports you want to change.
When you finish making configuration changes, press [Return], then [S] (for
Save) to save your changes to the Startup-Config file.
