Set elite pitch
Set pica pitch
Set 15 CPI
Proportionally spaced characters on/off
(on: n = 1, off: n = 0)
Set inter-character space to n/120 inch (for
draft) or n/180 inch (for letter and
proportional) (0 < n < 127)
