Using The Other Telephone Features

Whenever your telephone is not in use, you can adjust the contrast of
the display to darken or lighten it for best viewing.
To adjust the display contrast while the telephone is not in use,

dial l-8 for contrast level (1 = lightest, 8 = darkest).
