Replacing the cap

The AccuPoint II cap is an expendable item that should be replaced after
prolonged use. There is a spare AccuPoint II cap supplied with the
computer.
1. To remove the AccuPoint II cap, firmly grasp the cap and pull it
straight up.
2. Position a new cap on the peg and press it into place.
The peg is square, so be careful to align the cap's square hole with the
peg.

Changing Slim SelectBay modules

This section explains how to change modules in the Slim SelectBay. The
illustrations show replacement of the DVD-ROM drive with the Slim
SelectBay HDD adaptor. Therefore, the text refers to those modules.
However, the procedures are the same for any of the modules:
CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive, HDD adaptor, Slim SelectBay 2nd battery pack
with separate tray.
To avoid injury, do not put your hand into the Slim SelectBay slot.
Before removing or inserting a second battery pack, turn off the
computer's power.
