Frying bacon
Use the auto program for frying thin slices of bacon.
* Place the bacon slices individually on the crunch pan.
* If the bacon slices are to be fried further, frying may continue using Combination Grill + 440 watts microwave for 1-4 mins. or until
the bacon is sufficiently crispy.
* Place the pieces of bacon on greaseproof paper after frying.
Frying chops
* The auto program is ideal for frying beef, veal, pork and lamb chops.
* Spice the meat, e.g. with pepper, and add garlic. After the frying time, sprinkle with salt, then wrap the meat in tinfoil and allow
15-20 mins. for the flavours to develop.
* Place the chop with the fat side down in an ovenproof dish.
* Add 1 dl of water. Place the dish on the glass turntable.
* Select the weight of the meat.
* Turn the chop when the oven beeps.
