Storing Caller List Information in the Direct
Dial Memory
You can store numbers that are in the Caller List to the Direct Dial memory
([M1], [M2] or [M3]).
Make sure that the handset is on the cradle and the Speakerphone/
headset [s/W] indicator light is off.

Press [ ] or [ ] to enter the Caller List.

Scroll to the caller you want to store in
the Direct Dial memory by pressing [ ]
or [ ].

Press [l].
• If the number requires editing, see
page 21.

Press [OK] (Next key).
a) If a name is not required, press [OK]
(Next key).
b) If a name is required, enter the name
(p. 27). When finished, press [OK]
(Next key).

Press [ ].

Press one of the Direct Dial button
[M1], [M2] or [M3] (Example: [M1]
is pressed).
