on again.

Formatting the hard disk

The hard disk can be formatted.
Reminder
When the hard disk is formatted, all saved data is deleted. Therefore, be
sure to print any necessary data in advance.
Before formatting the hard disk, check that no jobs are being performed,
such as documents saved on the hard disk being printed. Formatting
cannot begin if a job is not finished.
Do not touch the machine while formatting in order to prevent errors from
occurring.
Reminder
Wait at least two minutes after turning on the machine before formatting.

To format the hard disk

Press the [Utility/Counter] key.

Type in the administrator code, and then touch [Enter].
