Deleting a user box

Click the User Box tab.

Click the box to be deleted to select it.

Type in the password, and then click [Apply].

If no password was specified for the box, click [Apply] without en-
tering a password.

When "Enhance Security" is set to "ON" or bit 7 of software switch
setting mode 469 is set to "1", logon is no longer possible if the
password is incorrectly entered the specified number of times.

User's Guide [Copy Operations].

For details on changing the software switch settings, refer to
"Specifying software switch settings (machine functions)" on
page 3-21.
