Box operations

Box operations allow document print data to be saved on the HDD and print-
ed when desired. Various boxes can be created for specific uses, and data
can be saved in a specified box.
Note
The Box operations are available only if the optional HDD is installed.

Description
User Box List The operations available by clicking "User Box Login" can
be used to download or delete a document saved in the
specified box.
The list of boxes currently created can be viewed by click-
ing "User Box List". In addition, new boxes can be created.
User Box Admin. This appears only when a box administrator has been
specified.
Type in the box administrator password to log on as the
box administrator in order to check all box contents.
Description
User Box Delete Deletes the specified box.
Reset User Box Changes the password of the specified box.
Password
User Box Admin. Select whether or not there is a box administrator. If there
Settings is an administrator, specify the password for the box ad-
ministrator.
