Configure GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 as a trunk port and its PVID as 100

Select Trunk in the Link Type drop-down list.

Select the PVID option, and type 100 in the text box.

Select GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 on the chassis front device panel.

Click Apply.
