Authentication Setup

Authentication Setup is to manage the authorization of user accounts, passwords,
and permissions. Encore strongly suggests creating a backup "admin" account with
password that is easy to remember. This is also true when you change the
password of the built-in "admin" user account and forgot or when its admin rights
were removed accidentally. When admin and its original rights are no longer
accessible or removed there is no backdoor to recover but to reset the whole
system to the factory default. When the system is reset to the factory default, all
previous settings will be change back to the default values, therefore, you will lose
all settings you have changed previously.
Click on the Authentication Setup icon
Main Menu. The factory default setup is shown.
Click the following icons for authority management
Click the icons for setting:
: Indicates a disabled account
: Permits access to function
: Creates a new account
Account ID: Enter characters as the account ID
Passwd (Password): By entering six numbers as password
