Operating the oven
Baking tray
Slide the baking tray between the guide bars
of the selected oven level.
Shelf
Insert the oven shelf with the feet pointing
downwards.
Slide the shelf between the guide bars of the
selected oven level.
The high rim around the oven shelf is an ad-
ditional device to prevent cookware from
slipping off.
Fat filter
Only insert the fat filter when roasting in
order to protect the rear element from spit-
ting fat.
Inserting the fat filter
Hold the fat filter by the handle and insert
the two retainers into the rear oven wall
from top to bottom (fan opening).
Removing the fat filter
Hold the fat filter by the tab, unhook it and
lift out.
