Bulbs (Contd)
Dipped beam bulb
Removing the bulb
• Switch off all lights and turn ignition key
to position 0.
• Open the bonnet.
• Undo the outer cover by turning it
anticlockwise (1).
• Pull off the connector (2).
• Disconnect the spring clamp. First push
to the right so that the spring disconnects
and then out and down (3).
• Pull out the bulb and replace it with a new
one (4).

Fitting the bulb
• Put the new bulb in place (1). It can only
be fitted in one position.
• Press the clamp spring upwards and a
little to the left so that it secures in its
catch (2).
• Press the connector back into place (3).
• Screw the cover into place; "TOP" should
face up (4).
Main beam bulb
• Switch off all lights and turn ignition key
to position 0.
• Open the bonnet.
• Undo the inner cover by turning it
anticlockwise.
• Twist the bulb anticlockwise, pull it out
and fit a new bulb. Note how it sits!
• Put the lamp back into place. It can only
be fitted in one position.
• Screw the cover into place; "TOP" should
face up.
