Countermeasures
• Make sure the channel to be recorded is fed with video from the camera.
• Check the recording mode settings.
• Check whether the HDD is available for recording.
• If set to Continuous or Event Recording, check whether the recording
schedule includes the current time.
• For manual recordings, press the [REC] button to start recording.
• If event recording fails to record, check the detection settings.
• For 720p recordings, replace the camera with one that supports 1080p.
• If the video quality of a channel is set to a lower one, change it to Q7 for a
1080p camera-connected channel, or change it to Q5 for a 720p camera-
connected channel.
• Changing to a higher image resolution and quality results in bigger data size,
which causes faster hard disk occupation. For overwriting data recording, it
results shorter interval of overwriting existing recordings.
